VIVEK MUNDRA - Managing Director
Mr. Vivek Mundra aged 55 yrs, is the Managing Director of our Company. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the Indian financial markets. He started his career as an advisor and dealer in money market instruments and then moved on as an equity analyst.

Mr. Mundra is well known in the financial circle and also invests capital via Equity, Private Equity, Angel and lending strategies. He also serves as director on the board of 10 Indian companies.

Mr. Mundra advises many leading corporate on aspects relating to corporate Governance, financial restructuring etc. He acts as an advisor to many technology / pharmaceutical / healthcare companies for their growth and fund raising.

Other than his interest in the financial markets Mr. Mundra is also interested in writing books and has authored 2 books named "SUBHASITA MALIKA."

Mr. Mundra did his B. Com from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata and holds an MBA Degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (1983 batch).

ALPANA MUNDRA - Director
Mrs. Alpana Mundra aged 50yrs, is Executive Director of our Company. She was appointed as a Director in Avro Commercial Company Limited on 26th September, 2014.

VIKRAM KUMAR PUROHIT - Director
Mr. Vikram Kr. Purohit aged 41yrs, is the Executive Director of our Company. A Commerce graduate from Calcutta University represents the Accounts & Finance functions on the Board. Mr. Purohit commenced his career with financial market in 1991. During his tenure in financial market he served at various positions. He is the member of Audit Committee of the Company.

SUNIL KUMAR DALMIA - Director
Mr. Sunil Kumar Dalmia aged 50yrs, is the Non-Executive Director of our Company. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1989. He has worked since 1994 in the financial markets as an advisor and dealer in equity & money market instruments. He is the member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Company.
